At Charmed Curations, we take pride in offering high-quality jewellery and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help! Please read our returns policy carefully.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging, including boxes and pouches. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. Rings that have been resized, earrings and custom jewellery are not eligible for return, unless defective or damaged.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team at support@charmedcurations.store within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
3. Our team will check your return request and will give further instructions.
4. Please securely package your items in its original box to prevent damage during shipping. If the original packaging is not available, please contact us for guidance.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will proceed with the refund process.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error in our part.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges on any items. If you wish to return a product, you will need to follow our return process and request a refund.
If you would like a different size, colour, or design, please place a new order once your return has been processed. We recommend carefully reviewing all product details and sizing information before making your purchase to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and either issue a replacement or full refund.
To expedite your return, please include photos of any damage/defects to the item when you contact us. We will cover return shipping for damaged items.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Personalized or custom-made jewellery (e.g., engraved pieces)
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
International Returns
For orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom, please note:
-You are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, and return shipping costs.
- Please allow extra time for the processing of international returns due to customs regulations.
